I recently assembled a new PC. The situation is similar to the one discussed here, except for the specific question. The site recommended starting fresh, but I wanted to understand if things improve. I had to wait about 10 minutes before it booted up. I assumed putting it in sleep mode would help since exiting took only a few seconds. However, once it was off, it behaved like a full reboot—lights on keyboard and mouse, but nothing visible on the screen. Only the DRAM displayed flickering. It seems to stabilize after a while, though waiting 5 to 10 minutes each time is quite long. Should I update anything to speed up this waiting period? My system functions perfectly once it finally starts.
