The white VGA light is activated on my Asus Z370-A Prime build. I've tested the Gigabyte 6670 as well, but it also shows the indicator. Using a HDMI port with a Dell screen and a VGA port with an LG screen didn't change anything. The BIOS is current, and one of the RAM modules failed (DOA). I've tried installing them individually to check. The CPU header is connected, and the GPU works when needed (the 6670 doesn’t require power). I haven’t received a BIOS speaker yet (arriving soon via Amazon Prime). I’m checking if the CPU might be defective. PCPartPicker list includes these parts. Total cost comes to $1994.58 after fees.
