Specs: GPU, AMD Radeon RX 6600, ASRock challenger motherboard, B650m Aorus Elite Ax CPU, Ryzen 7000 RAM, Flare X5 DDR5, 16 GB (X4) PSU, Corsair RM750E Details. When assembling the system initially everything proceeded smoothly; the out-of-box test passed and the BIOS loaded correctly with all components recognized. Post-test I placed it inside the case, added a few extra fans, and after configuration the red CPU indicator light came on (it wasn’t visible before). No operating system was installed yet, and all parts are brand new. I attempted to re-seat the CPU, examined the pins carefully—none appear bent. The thermal paste is evenly applied across the CPU surface, and no pins were affected. I removed three RAM sticks and left one at the farthest corner from the CPU. The PSU functions properly, and all fans operate correctly. I’m unsure what to do next.
