they were actually there, just checking if the slots contained the issue or if the individual RAM sticks were stuck. The original setup is shown in the video attached to the initial message.

I’m looking at an MSI Pro Z7690-A with DDR4 or a Tomahawk B450. I think it’s probably the MSI side, but I can’t recall any more details right now.
