I'm trying to extract more performance from my CPU, but I was using @4.4 GHZ with the AI Tuner. Many times I've read that manual overclocking is the best approach.
So I'm attempting to reach a stable 4.5Ghz. I set the AI overclocking profile to Manual, Core Ratio Limit 45, CPU Core Voltage Manual Mode, and CPU Core Voltage Override - but after 5 minutes of Prime 95 it was crashing at 95%, so now I adjust it to 1.24V while typing.
I'm not sure if these settings are correct.
You can see in the screenshot the problem: while running Prime 95, the CPU isn't heating up as expected and suddenly drops to 2.5Ghz or 3.9Ghz, which is confusing.
Can you tell me what I'm doing wrong?

I've successfully achieved 4.4Ghz with stable frequencies, but checking the monitor's maximum frequencies reveals issues—something is wrong, and I'm unsure about the cause or temperature as well.
