Your setup supports the Corsair RAM. You currently have 8GB of 3200MHz memory, and adding another 16GB (2x8GB) would bring your total to 24GB, which is compatible with your motherboard.

It should function most of the time, though an unexpected mismatch isn't ruled out. Here, it will operate in dual-channel for the 16GB portion and single-channel for the rest.

When combined that way, everything should remain a single channel. It won't switch between single and duel channels; it stays one or the other.
