Hey there, I saw your situation too. You tried installing 16GB RAM at 3200MHz and after that your PC would shut down unexpectedly. You adjusted BIOS settings, used XMP profiles, checked voltage levels, but the problem persisted—especially with the second stick of RAM. It seems like the power supply might be the issue.

GPU from Nvidia GTX 1650 paired with a Ryzen 3 3100 4-core CPU. Processor runs on a 500-watt standard bronze power supply. RAM is crucial ballistix 16GB at 3200 MHz. Storage is a 500GB ADATA drive.

Is this just one stick of RAM? It would be better to have dual channel, like 2x8GB. Is that the correct brand? You should always aim for a quality PSU rather than cheap or unknown brands—PSU is always crucial for a PC. Check out this example.

Sure, I understand. The two RAM modules are already an 8x2GB configuration. I'm planning to install them together tomorrow with the new PSU EVGA Supernova, hoping it won't cause any problems during gaming. If it does, then the issue might be with the sticks themselves.
