Right now your system runs smoothly with all four cores at full speed. When playing Halo Infinite you see maximum utilization, while in other scenarios performance drops noticeably. I’ve checked RAM overclocking options but found limitations due to the memory type. The GPU is handling most tasks well, though it struggles under certain conditions. There seems to be no immediate fix for CPU or memory bottlenecks at this time.

Consider upgrading with a more suitable used CPU.

With built-in graphics, most options are limited to default configurations except for things like under/overvolting. That doesn’t really help with integrated graphics.

Oh right, I should have noted that you're using an RX480 with your 3200G and not relying on integrated graphics. You're absolutely correct about what you can achieve with an IGPU—your BIOS gives you full control over its frequency. As mentioned earlier, the problem isn't the GPU itself, but rather the CPU limitations.

It seems you're reflecting on new insights each day. I thought there might be something in the BIOS settings, but it really matters to share accurate details for optimal results. The idea that poor input leads to poor output is just as important for people as it is for systems. Updated March 24, 2022 by An0maly_76

You've expanded the scope quite a bit, but you're still exploring the boundaries. How much have you ventured into this space?

I don't think Intel supports GPU overclocking, but AMD definitely does. Around 4.1ghz at 1.45v seems possible. I think I might reach 4.2 at the same voltage with a better cooler—my current one is stock and runs at full speed, though it's not very quiet.

It's really cutting-edge. Suggest assembling around $160 and snagging a 3600x listing on eBay.

At that moment a 5600 equals 40 dollars plus an extra 20 dollars

Do you have the mobile device ready to help? Yes, please proceed. However, I’ve met folks who manage just 15–20 spare units each month and didn’t feel comfortable taking on more.
