I manage a Dell Inspiron 7490 with an intel core i7 10510U, 16GB RAM at 2133Mhz, and an nvidia mx250 2GB. I’d like to boost my RAM performance. Can you help me with the process and tell me if it’ll actually improve things?

There isn't any choice available in the BIOS settings.
