Currently I’ve adjusted all the fans to operate at about 70% capacity consistently, without changing them up. I’m not sure a 180 euro motherboard would face this issue, though I might be mistaken—sometimes money doesn’t reveal everything xD

You'll require an additional fan header. This setup is perfectly acceptable. Generally, most fans suggest a maximum of 0.75A, though they can handle up to 1A, though I might be mistaken.

The quote you referenced was likely not intended for you. For Noctua enthusiasts, running two units together on a single header is fully possible.

I can suggest a fan splitter compatible with your Noctua NF-P14S. Let me know if you need more details!
