I recently purchased the pg279q and successfully overclocked it. After that, I chose to disable the overclocking feature. Then, whenever I attempted to enable it again, it would automatically reset itself upon returning to the OSD. In the Nvidia Control panel, the maximum setting available is 144hz.

I located a solution, simply adjust the joystick while choosing the desired overclock level.
