Adjusting these settings will optimize the CPU and likely improve performance. The current stock frequency for HT is 2600MHz. In your previous image it appears at 2200MHz in the bottom-left corner and is clocked.

The speed for the ht link is around 2500, and it seems to work well even if you're not overclocking the 8350.

It seems the chipset is fixed at 2400MHz, while the CPU runs at 2600MHz—this mismatch can limit performance. The board isn't ideal for boosting the CPU frequency.
