Hi, I have a Geil Evo Potenza 2666mhz cl19 1,2v (micron b-die) that I found in thaiphoonburner. I increased the clock to 3466mhz 1,4v and set the timing to auto. After running memtest64 for an hour, no errors were detected. Then I ran the Heaven benchmark, and the score improved from 2423 to 2735. However, I'm wondering if this will affect my RAM performance or shorten its lifespan. I can't monitor the RAM temperature because it isn't listed in hwinfo64, and I don't have a thermal gun. Here are my specs:

CPU: Ryzen 3 3200g
Motherboard: Asrock b450m hdv
Power Supply: Be quiet! U9 500w
Case: Cube Gaming Kaggen (3 fans)
CPU Cooler: Deepcool gammax 400s

No, only if it's impressive enough.

DDR4 supports voltages beyond 1.6v, making 1.4 a feasible value.

Are you sure it doesn't affect your RAM lifespan?
