there might be stability concerns, but if both units are overclocked to identical frequencies and remain stable at the same CL, simply apply the XMP profile. running a memtest via Windows search for "run" with "mdsched" will initiate the built-in tester, checking memory performance and integrity. passing the test should indicate everything is functioning properly. mixing B-die with other dies (A, D, E, M, etc.) can cause problems, though this is uncommon if the profile works and the test clears.
