It bothers me that you need to register on the first time with an inbox on mobile devices, instead of being able to use it right away.

I hadn’t noticed Inbox was around, thinking it hadn’t gained much traction. Gmail clearly outperforms it.

I've been using Inbox since its early days and haven't thought about returning to Gmail. Of course, it's meant for personal use; I appreciate the tracking details and the convenience of marking entire email groups for archiving without selecting each one individually. However, I wouldn't recommend Inbox for professional or business purposes.
