Only you can decide what you need to do. If you're only downloading trustworthy things from trustworthy sites I see no need for it. As a power user this sort of stuff just gets into my way.

It depends on your specific needs and the features you value. If Bitdefender 2015 meets your security requirements, you might not need to upgrade. Otherwise, newer versions often offer better protection and updates.

It seems like a small pop-up appears when you launch a program, especially if it’s trying to install something. Since you’re an admin but only have access as a user, I’ve added this for extra protection. It helps prevent unwanted background downloads from running without your permission. A useful safety measure!

Occasionally we hit buttons unintentionally. A safe alternative is a backup setup if you wish for the process to continue.
