MSI motherboards include a guide or can be obtained from MSI’s website. The manual clearly outlines the shortcuts and explains what each does, covering the entire interface. For my B450 Tomahawk Max, the PDF manual spans 20 pages focused on the BIOS, providing detailed insights into most settings available. All relevant information is included in the manual, eliminating the need for external research. I acknowledge the user interface can be cluttered with too many submenus and the red color feels unprofessional, but it’s not a major issue since the essential details are already provided.

My motherboard's BIOS setup seems unusual, coming with just a simple booklet rather than detailed instructions. I also looked at the online version, which only covers a few pages about BIOS features and explains them in straightforward terms, starting from the basic settings. Honestly, you should search for the information yourself—lucky you have good documentation!

It looks like the problem mainly affects budget motherboards, especially those labeled with PRO. There seems to be a lack of clear guidance from MSI for these lower-end models.

It's a mid-range board similar to the more expensive ones, lacking features like RGB lighting, Wi-Fi, dual Ethernet, and advanced graphics. Those aren't important to you.

It's quite basic. Most manufacturers keep their solid UEFI BIOS options for premium, overclocking-oriented systems.

MSI's design for premium models includes extra RGB and Ethernet connections, honestly.

I prefer ASUS BIOS but M.S.I. works well too, though I think no BIOS is flawless in my view.

And improved bios... You just showed what works. This isn't limited to MSI anymore.

I concur with Anthony. Over the past few years, I've tried mobos from top brands, and MSI stands out for its excellent BIOS and consistent performance without unusual issues.

Heavy-duty VRMs are common across all brands, and a more advanced BIOS system is available.
