There have been several months since the "shutdown or sign out >" option disappeared and other options in the Winx menu on my admin account for Windows 11 23H2. It's strange because I still have that option available for a user account. I've looked up the issue, followed tutorials, checked for corrupt files, tried system health fixes, disabled startup apps, worked with the registry, and even copied the Winx folder from the user account to replace it with the admin one, but nothing resolved the problem.

Thank you for your response. The two sites you mentioned were useful but didn't assist much. The WinX menu, associated with the Win + X shortcut, is a useful feature. Here are some tips on how to resolve issues with it when it doesn't function properly. Also, you can check out www.makeuseof.com for more guidance.
