Which drivers should I get? Is it the chipset one or just the RTX 3060?
Monitor how the hardware is behaving. Get HWINFO, and observe: -cpu core clock speeds. EACH CORE. Some bouncing around is expected; games do not keep your cpu and gpu at constant loads. -Cpu(Tctl/Tdie) sensor. This chip has a max operating temperature of 105C . The igpu probably has it's own temperature sensor, but I don't know what it would be called. -Gpu core temperature, gpu hot spot, and memory junction(this one may/may not be available to be read). -Gpu core clock. Is it keeping boost clock over the base clock, or is it stuck at an unusually low clock in game. -Gpu performance limiters, of which there are several. There's always at least one reason why the gpu can't boost further. You can double click on a parameter to make a real time graph pop up.
Yeah, having those two drivers is enough, so you should install them straight from the laptop maker's website.
