I faced no issues with the game following the updated amd drivers. Use the gta V version with nvidia drivers for optimal performance. Smooth experience with no noticeable drops. Lower minimum frames per second come from scene transitions but stay within my targets. Here are my benchmarks: Frames Per Second (Higher is better) Min, Max, Avg Pass 0, 37.42, 86.83, 60.91, 10.04, 101.79, 70.17, 6.18, 108.88, 70.82, 14.28, 107.92, 73.04, 0.73, 153, 67.57
I’ve got the updated version and it functions perfectly. The main issue is connecting online with friends. Recently I performed port forwarding and adjusted firewall settings to grant more access, so tonight should work smoothly and let me join in without trouble! (Even though I shouldn’t have changed anything, it’s a simple solution until Rockstar resolves the problem.)
They face similar stability problems, but web-based LAN connections improve server-client performance in multiplayer. The issues with synchronization we all encounter or social club connections are worse. Yes, they generally have better multiplayer, but it suffers due to limited random players and direct client connections, plus typical pirated-game flaws.
I purchased a key for the game, but the download was extremely slow on the official Rockstar server. I had to get it from a torrent instead. It works just fine for me.
Do you experience intense stuttering moments? It feels like you're moving smoothly until suddenly dropping from 70fps to 12 and jumping back up. It seems most noticeable indoors, especially that area in the first getaway. Also, I've had four crashes so far. Nothing happened on the first day then yesterday when I got some of the weirdest pop effects. Models, textures, you name it.
