There seems to be an issue with your GPU and CPU usage during gameplay. Even with maximum settings and V-sync disabled, it's not reaching 30%. Someone might be able to assist you in troubleshooting.

What system are you using? Are you experiencing strong performance or slow speeds? If you have many CPU cores, GTA might be overloading just one core, making it seem like the CPU isn't utilizing its full potential. Also, verify that your monitor is connected to the GPU, not the motherboard.

You're checking the resolution and performance metrics. It looks like you want to know whether your system is utilizing all available cores or if it's constrained by other factors like RAM, network, or disk speed. Share your current settings, the hardware specs, and the observed FPS so we can analyze further.

My setup includes: RTX 3060 Ti, Ryzen 5 3600, 3600W PSU, 80+ Gold PSU, 2x8GB RAM, Ripjaws 3600, and 550W GPU. While gaming, I focus on overall CPU and GPU usage, and my frame rate stays between 60-75 FPS even with low load.
