I recently purchased a new PC that has performed well overall. I experience solid FPS in most games, but when using fullscreen, my performance remains consistent while the game appears to stutter and lag even without noticeable drops or ping spikes. This issue doesn’t occur in windowed mode.
My system specifications are:
- AMD Ryzen 3 2200G with Radeon Vega Graphics
- Radeon RX 570
- 8GB RAM
- Prime A320M-K

What might be causing this? Please note that my GPU drivers are up to date.
