You own a Blu-Ray drive that produces loud startup noises, and you're attempting to adjust the boot sequence to see if it affects how the system starts. Despite being in BIOS, you don't see any choices for USB devices or additional drives—only the Windows Boot Manager appears in the selection.

The sound you experience is really bothersome; just make sure it functions properly. I can suggest a quiet BD drive if you're interested. Also, verify the mounts and ensure everything is securely attached.

To avoid constant activation, disconnect the gadget from your computer and reconnect it only when necessary. This ensures you only notice its sounds when required.
