When playing online, not every gaming server can support your high FPS. Try limiting it to 60-90 FPS to check if the game runs more smoothly. Review your performance in single-player and LAN games before concluding the issue is yours...

I have a 144hz screen and I'm attempting to achieve at least that. I observed a variation between 64 and 128 tick servers. Thus far, the issue appears only on 64 tick servers.

Adjusting my resolution and disabling the GPU overclock didn't resolve the issue.

After experimenting with various solutions and contemplating a new PC, I discovered my roommate's Twitch streaming was the issue. Although my net_graph showed no lag, it still caused noticeable problems such as low FPS and input delays. This might be helpful for others facing similar situations.
