With your 3060 and playing Black Ops Cold War at about 70 FPS, the upgrade might not be necessary unless you want better performance for smoother gameplay. Since you don’t do heavy gaming, keeping your current setup for around $200 could be sufficient.

In my view, upgrading your CPU to AM4 without switching to Intel or AM5 offers solid FPS performance with minimal drop. Given its price above $300 in the US market, it might be wise to wait for a better deal on the Ryzen 3600.

Boost the 3600 to 4.4-4.6ghz allcore while keeping voltage near 1.35-1.4v without using an LLC converter
