Hi there, I'm working on upgrading my old computer. I've created a list comparing the old and new components, focusing on the CPU, motherboard, and RAM. You can find more details here: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/rvbNmg

the project has several issues. First remove the aio, then install a tomahawk max, third choose a 1660 super or a 5600xt that fits the budget, fourth pick a cx450, fifth upgrade to a better case, sixth avoid windows and opt for a better GPU as mentioned earlier. Also, why do you require a 5.25 inch CD writer? Edited June 22, 2020 by TofuHaroto

He seems to be suggesting that the only recent additions are the CPU, RAM, and Mobo, which explains why Windows, the disk drive, older case, 1050, and Aio are also on his list.

Apologies for the mistake. Just grab a Tomahawk Max, and the Vengeance RAM relies on Hynix ICs once more. My error!

You're getting the MSI B450 TOMAHAWK MAX ATX AM4 board. I understand you bought this PC a few years ago from a local tech shop and it originally came with an AMD FX 6300. You're planning to use it for video editing and need some recommendations. Thanks for sharing your experience!
