Not currently accessible, okay? Likely available soon. I went through the same process as you—restored to Windows 10.1 and it looks like I can upgrade back to Windows 10 for free!

I just tried it myself. Over three days I upgraded and then downgraded the same PC—only six or seven times. This isn’t conclusive yet; today it might work, but tomorrow we have no idea. I should ask Microsoft for proof, but right now it doesn’t matter much.
