Windows 7 remains outdated in today’s tech world. It relies on caching rather than using full RAM, which is inefficient. Tightly managing the cache often leads to wasted performance or completely filling up memory. Is there any solution you can suggest?

You already own an SSD, which means you have a storage solution ready to use. That should definitely help with performance and speed.

Perhaps because your profile lists a 919GB Seagate HDD, I assumed you only had a hard drive. Windows requires the cache (page file) to run smoothly, and it seems you're using your RAM effectively even if you're not aware of it. http://lifehacker.com/5426041/understand...disable-it
