It's a joansburo case the psu is in a weird spot kind of in the center of the case rather then the top or bottom. So there is a lot of room below the psu for the gpu to fit. But what is really getting me is it fit with the itx board I had in it before. It's like on a m-atx board the pci slot is move an inch torwd the cpu.

Ok form factor mismatch can't help... Get a bigger or "normal" case or board then, you wont' run decently a GPU on a x1 slot
