I started up after installing my 3600X on the MSI gaming pro carbon x370. I already had the Ryzen 3000 series beta BIOS set up. Once I entered BIOS, I confirmed it and decided to enable XMP, but unfortunately, the process failed. After turning on the system, the RGB lighting on the motherboard didn’t activate, and the CPU debug light remained on. What should I do next?
This indicates your CPU isn't recognized or is malfunctioning. You might attempt to re-seat it, refresh the BIOS, or erase the CMOS.
Reset the CMOS upon startup. Configure the SOC to 1.1 and DRAM to 1.35, then adjust the clock at 3200 (or 3600) or 2933 (for values like 3200 or 3000). If the system boots, run memtest86 and OCCT to ensure stability. If successful, proceed with higher clock speeds. Good luck.
