Yeah, that upgrade plan is senseless. AM4 can't last because it's dead. I'd keep that nice psu except if you've got a good reason to change (I can't think of any). Do you ever need more than 32GB Ram (I don't) ? Depending on your budget, I'd stay that way. I'd upgrade the gpu as @Millios wrote. I'd upgrade the gpu and cpu to a 5700x3d.
