The game is still in beta, and I'm playing it. My system should handle it well, but it's not working as expected. The GPU is spinning at 30% fan speed, 25% voltage, and only 33% of the resolution is being used, yet I'm seeing around 28 frames per second. There might be a way to optimize performance and make better use of the GPU.
I experienced the same problem too. There was a single setting that wasn't functioning correctly, which significantly affected your frame rate. It seems to be related to buffering. If I recall right, you should disable or lower the settings one by one until you identify which one is causing the issue.
