The issue isn't related to frames; it's about the graphics quality. The ultra graphics appear quite basic. Any suggestions?

Checked a comparable issue in GTA; unsure if it’ll help but you can adjust the graphics settings via NVIDIA Control Panel. Try it, could work: p
