Just for clarity, no—I don't consume those bad drinks. My friend uses G-Fuel and it doesn't taste good. Lol. I also notice sunlight and reaching my peak of 0.15 is tough. For me, hitting 0.18 during the first few competitive sessions works, but once I get into the zone at 0.16 or 17, I stay there. I'm aiming for 0.15 someday, but that feels like something amazing.

It works a bit only when you're exhausted or lacking energy that day—it aids concentration, not reflexes, and mainly helps you maintain focus.

A drink that aids concentration is often caffeine or green tea. Let me know if you need more options!

For fatigue, normal energy drinks can be useful, but water is ideal when you're awake. Alternatively, lemon water with vitamin C may also be beneficial.

Being dehydrated leads to drowsiness and makes it tougher to concentrate.
