Purchase a fully used I7 4790K or non-K unit, buy a 970 and upgrade to a GTX 1660 Ti or Super, then acquire an additional 8GB RAM stick.

The 4790K would likely perform better than the latest i5 chips, though it's quite an older model by today's standards.

It's surprising you didn't know! I wasn't counting on me running most games. While I don't expect high settings, I might give it a shot to make it more manageable if it helps. I could look for a 3770k option.

Lightweight setup focusing on CS2, GTA V, Warzone and similar games. Requirements are moderate now, but small improvements could help. Upgrading to an i7 and adding more RAM might boost performance.
