Hey there. After nearly three years without playing, I finally picked up Legion. The main issue is my performance with the game. My system specs are: 4690k @ 4.5ghz RX 480 8g @ core 1400, 2100memory, 16gb RAM, 275 crucial SSD on the starting area. FPS in this space ranges from 30 to 90, averaging about 40. My fps in afterburner spikes constantly every 5 seconds between 100 and 0%. I noticed in afterburner that my GPU usage keeps jumping from 100% to 0%. What might be causing this? I recall the game ran much smoother back when I had a GTX660ti. Most settings are high, resolution scaling is at 100%, anti-aliasing off, SSAO disabled, etc. Shouldn’t I be seeing over 100fps consistently? All other games in my library are running fine. Thanks!

World of Warcraft features Radeon Chill, a feature that reduces power usage by capping frame rate when the camera isn't moving. Verify your driver's WoW profile to ensure Chill is turned off if you wish to regain higher frame rates. Let me know if you've disabled Chill yet still experience slow performance. Also turn off vsync and check the game settings for any frame limit.

Thanks for the update, I won’t forget this. I’ll definitely give it a shot tonight after work. Will let you know what happens. Also, just looked at the Wow forums—it looks like many users are facing similar problems.
