He has left clear but not overly obvious clues about his actions. Regardless of what Linus does, forum guidelines apply—essentially a "follow orders, don’t question them" approach. What you handle is your own responsibility, but once an outside party joins the scene they become accountable as well. I’m certain Linus could cover the legal costs if caught; I wouldn’t have been able to, and it would be extremely damaging for LMG if he were implicated in such behavior.
