I recently installed a new P3 Plus with an 1TB SSD and attempted to connect it to the M.2 slot on my B560M Pro4 motherboard. It didn’t show up in BIOS or Windows until I switched it to use the WD Green SATA M.2 SSD as the boot drive. Now the P3 Plus is running in M.2 slot 2 via the chipset. How can I resolve this? I understand the main SSD is Gen 4, while my CPU and motherboard are Gen 3. It still functions, albeit slightly slower. Specifications: i5-10400F, B560M Pro4, Zotac 1650, 16GB RAM, 3200MHz, CL22 team create. The old WD Green M.2 SSD was in the correct position, but now the slot marked with a blue arrow isn’t detecting it.

Here’s a concise version of your note:
Read the specification from Intel’s B560M Pro4 page.
