Adjust everything gradually, one part at a time. Try reducing the timing by about ten ticks each session. This should improve performance a bit.

Thanks in advance! I'm making progress on reducing them too—it should take a few days.

This discussion focuses on key aspects for tuning. The priority order isn't determined by the highest performance alone. Instead, timing relationships matter because changes influence each other. Starting with tREFI ensures better overall stability and higher speed potential. Adjusting tWR first helps lower other timings, which in turn improves the final result. Your XMP setting of 3600 and your target of 3800 suggest you're pushing performance further—considering a 4400MHz clock might be reasonable if done correctly.
