You've just installed your first PC and are facing a problem with the RGB on your RAM not syncing properly. The ballistix MOD app isn't updating the RAM colors, instead it's stuck in a repeating color pattern. You're hoping to align the RAM RGB with the rest of the system, but it seems like the issue might be related to your motherboard. Your Asrock B450 Steel Legend is the model you're using. Please let me know if this helps!

The memory isn't listed as officially available on the support page. Many RGB systems are exclusive, so it's best to steer clear of parts with color-changing lights.

It's disappointing. I assumed the RAM wouldn't work with polychrome sync, but I thought I could still adjust the RGB using Crucial's MOD app. Maybe I should have chosen the RAM originally rather than chasing a sale.
