This 450W power supply isn't uniform in quality. The motherboard could require a BIOS upgrade.

I don't understand the PSU model, it seems unusual. Would a 750W Corsair PSU suffice? As per ASUS, the motherboard should be included and BIOS installed, ensuring compatibility with the 3rd generation Ryzen.

It varies by retailer. A board that's been sitting may lack the latest BIOS updates. You should use a 550w power supply if needed.
