Get the newest Y-Cruncher version from their site, download the files, and launch the .exe. Perform a stress test by hitting 1, disable all pre-set tests with 8, enter your chosen test type (VST or VT3), then hit 0 to start. Run it for an hour; if it works, consider it successful.
