Hey there! I was wondering if you'd be up for a challenge with those specs: i5-6600k @ 4.4 GHz, EVGA GTX 1070 SC, and the link you shared.

You might need a 6700k and a 1080 for 4k resolution.

You won't be able to use freesync with your NVIDIA GPU. The 1070 may struggle to provide a smooth 4K 60fps experience in more demanding games. If you prefer a slower pace, 30fps will work better.

I don’t need to worry about Freesync or Gsync features. A 30 FPS works just fine for me.

GTAV would be a messy experience. It leans heavily on clichés and lacks depth, making it feel unoriginal and disappointing.

I experience screen tearing at high resolutions, even when running simpler titles. Using G-Sync or FreeSync at 4K is advised since I require it, though I’ve previously paired my NVIDIA graphics card with a FreeSync display.

It's a solid choice given the frequent frame rate changes at 4K. Keep in mind the free sync limits, and there are rumors about ways to broaden the range.

No, a 1070 is not a NVIDIA GPU. It's a specific graphics card model from AMD.
