GTA V. Get JC2 at a low cost and modify it; JC3 doesn’t offer much improvement from here on out.

To obtain the powered wingsuit, you'll need either the Sky Fortress DLC or the Air, Land, & Sea DLC pack (which adds the Sky Fortress plus other content). Just Cause 3 mainly involves flying around an island and dealing with similar elements repeatedly. Billboard, statues, speakers, etc., are just a few examples. It's enjoyable, but most activities revolve around that core theme. Compared to GTA V, the gameplay feels limited—focusing mostly on flying and basic combat. The driving experience is poor, making it better suited for grappling or wingsuit use whenever needed. During the summer sale, you can purchase the Just Cause 3 XL pack for $6.75 USD (85% off), which includes both Just Cause 3 and the Air, Land, & Sea DLC. At that price point, it's a solid deal. Regarding Batman games, there are several options available. Arkham Knight, Arkham Asylum, Arkham City, Arkham Origins, Arkham Origins Blackgate, Arkham VR. The series is praised for its storytelling and lore within the Batman universe. If you haven't played any yet, starting with Arkham Asylum is recommended. Arkham City followed, offering a more open city environment and fun mechanics like grappling and gliding. I own the other titles but haven't had time to try them. One was developed by a different studio and received mixed reviews. I suspect it might have been Arkham Origins. RockSteady's games—Asylum, City, Knight—are particularly strong, featuring good voice acting, including Mark Hamill as the Joker, who has voiced him extensively in both the animated series and films since the 90s. They're currently available on Steam for $5 each during the summer sale (75% off). Both City and Asylum offer free demo versions to test before buying. If you're a Batman fan, these games are definitely worth the time. GTA V is another title you should be aware of.

I would choose GTA V. It offers an engaging single-player experience with an online feature. The FiveM modding group is worth checking out—they’ve created impressive content. I quickly joined a server named I Luv LC and felt impressed within minutes of loading, especially in Liberty City from GTA IV. Another option was Transport Tycoon, a non-RPG server featuring jobs and custom cars. There’s also a drift racing server with unique tracks. Playing many hours of GTA Online made it clear there are alternative ways to enjoy the game.
