I'm working on a background banner with three layers at 320x100 resolution. It looks great in Illustrator but becomes blurry when imported into Photoshop. The issue seems to be with edge rendering during import. Have you tried adjusting the export settings or using a different format? I've attached some files for testing if that helps.

You can't easily adjust the lines in Photoshop because it has complex tools and settings that require careful configuration.

The picture offered is only a minor improvement, offering little real change. A helpful response I found in a forum discussion before.

Illustrator isn't ideal for bitmap images—it's built for vectors. Use the pen tool to trace shapes, then export to PDF/PNG/JPG for better results. You can start in Illustrator and combine with Photoshop later. Vector work is preferred; bitmap resampling causes blur until you save properly. If you have more questions, feel free to ask! I've been using Illustrator for over five years as a student.
