Hey, your build looks solid overall, but you're experiencing some visual issues with images and games. Your configuration seems fine, except for a grainy display. You mentioned trying Radeon settings and checking Windows, but nothing changed. You read about throttling possibly being the cause—don’t worry if you’re unsure what that means. Your friend noticed in Task Manager that only two GPUs are listed: one from the Radeon and one from the CPU. That could be a clue. Let me know if you want more specifics!
Can you post a screenshot to illustrate the issue? What monitor are you running, what cable do you use to connect to the GPU? you can disable the onboard GPU in BIOS if you want to rule that out. Usually it should not cause any issues displaying images, just may confuse some games by running the wrong GPU and thus hitting FPS hard.
It's tough to capture a clear image, it doesn't really appear in photos. I'm going to try anyway. The monitor is an MSI G243CV. I wasn't certain about the second GPU, just based on what my friends said. Are you asking about internal or external cables? The HDMI cable works the same with both types now.
Also referred to as the small specks seen on film. (Similar to the cropped image below.)
A faulty cable may lead to problems. You might also connect using DisplayPort. This issue can occur in games or consistently. Blurry text could stem from settings such as overdrive on your display. When it appears, use the clipping tool in Windows to capture a screenshot.
The settings seem accurate. The image shows unusual compression artifacts, which might be due to the file format or quality rather than your monitor.
