I have various image editing tools such as Focusviewer, Corel Graphics Suite, and Canon Photo Professional Editor.
I'm facing issues with a 680x1024 jpg file from Getty Images that appears grainy and noisy. The original resolution is 96 dpi with 24-bit depth.
I've tried sharpening, unsharpening, and adjusting contrast, but results are minimal.
Could you suggest what further steps I should take to improve its clarity?

Choose one of the available options:
1. Buy a genuine license from Getty to get a higher resolution image.
2. Apply AI-based enhancement, like Topaz.
