I own an iMac 27-inch model from 2015 with serial number 1419 2834. It stopped turning on recently. After opening it, I noticed the logic board’s LED wasn’t lighting even though power was connected. I suspect a power supply issue, so I ordered a replacement. Now that it’s installed, the indicator still doesn’t light up. I’m unsure if the problem lies with the logic board or the PSU itself.

Activated a short circuit on the logic board. I brought it in for repair because I don’t have the skills to fix the board myself.

Fixing a board can sometimes be a waste of money. When the cost is around a few hundred dollars, small chip fixes usually aren't justified.
