I'm new to this forum but I usually attend, so I'll do my best to provide all the necessary details.
Disclaimer: I'm not very familiar with advanced topics like overclocking, but I have a bit more understanding than just the basics. Please keep things simple yet detailed enough for future reference.
I'm looking at upgrading my AMD FX 4300 CPU to its maximum safe setting without causing any issues later. It shouldn't be too extreme. I have an MSI 760GMA-P34 motherboard and a 460W power supply (I don't remember the exact voltage or other specs, which is frustrating because all the information is on the back of the case).
Thanks in advance.

List all full PC specifications including the CPU cooler and the make and model of the power supply unit. The wattage information by itself doesn't provide enough insight, as the quality of the PSU is crucial.

Sizzling:
Include all full PC specifications such as CPU cooler and PSU make/model. Wattage alone doesn't tell the whole story; the quality of the PSU is crucial.
PSU: Cooler Master Elite Power - 460W
CPU fan: I'm using the original fan because temperatures stay manageable, though I removed a fan earlier due to noise concerns—it would definitely help keep things cool.
Also, I just applied a new thermal paste about four days ago with Cooler Master.
