I just reinstalled my computer... and it’s full of issues. There’s way too many problems. I’ve already tried reinstalling my laptop three times today. The first time, all the language came out as gibberish, and the letters were jumbled. The second time, it kept rebooting without starting up at all. Now it’s the third attempt, and I’m expecting everything to work... but I can’t reach the “add or remove user account” option. When I type in the password, nothing happens. It’s frustrating. I remember my warranty still had two months left, so I called them, and they told me to press F8 before the OS boots up, but it didn’t show anything with the hardware. They seem reluctant to fix it, even though there are clear signs of trouble—my HDD makes strange noises, and my laptop triggers a “memory dump” at least once a week. They said because the “computer check” says everything’s fine, they won’t help. Plus, even after reinstalling flash and Firefox, YouTube keeps showing “cinema mode” with no way to switch back.

You have already identified a software problem, and that’s sufficient. The warranty doesn’t apply to labor, which explains why it isn’t being covered.
